Return Policy

• A wrong / incorrect items received
• Defective or Faulty items

• For hygiene purpose, used item, bodysuits, and panties are not returnable.
• Lingerie must be returned free of stains, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused and all with original tags attached.
• Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
• Faulty items must be returned together with their original box or packaging and receipt.
• Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
• Vivi Store will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. Kindly use a courier service with a tracking number to track your return parcel.
• Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be accepted. 

• Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process, then we will check on the return item, upon comfirming the condition of the item. We will fully refund the postage fees with the receipt provided within the standard shipment price.
